HR BUSINESS PARTNER - DENVER, CO 80216
DH Pace Company of Denver will hire an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with direct responsibility interfacing with employees and managers for employee relations/incident investigations, talent acquisition/sourcing/recruiting, onboarding and leading manager trainings.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- First-line support for Human Resources functions with a variety of responsibilities: full life cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, knowledgeable of leaves of absences/FMLA and will lead training and development initiatives
- Interpret and counsel management and employees on policies, procedures and programs relating to recruiting and human resources to address and resolve all types of employee relations issues, ensuring balance in representing all parties’ interests
- Determine and recommend employee and labor relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high-level of employee morale; consistently maintain favorable and effective relations among applicants and employees; accountable for motivating and ensuring supervisors and managers provide consistent, equal, and fair treatment of applicants and employees
- Ensure corporate discipline policy and procedures are being followed and drive education, application, and issues surrounding the Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy Guidelines
- Investigate various employee relations matters and prepare well-written materials for documentation clearly conveying information
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum three (3) years’ HR Business Partner / HR Generalist experience coupled with Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree coupled with minimum six (6) years’ HR Business Partner / HR Generalist experience; direct experience handling all facets of recruiting/talent acquisition/sourcing and experience handling employee relations / incident investigations and answering general inquiries involving benefits, FMLA and other employee leaves
- Travel opportunities to our Western Region offices to handle HR related activities and/or recruitment activities
- Work collaboratively with Management and all levels of personnel and accustomed to working quickly, accurately and comfortably with applicants, employees, managers, vendors, HR data and various software systems and spreadsheets.
- Familiar with legal and administrative requirements involving Employee Relations
- Exhibit a good understanding of the Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act and all other Federal and State laws affecting the workplace
- Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire

COMPENSATION FOR THIS POSITION: FROM $90K ANNUALLY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
