What We Do:
DotCom Therapy has been a leader in pediatric teletherapy services since 2015. With our technology platform and our team of expert providers and pediatric clinicians we bring a passion to treating the whole child and helping them thrive. By removing location as a barrier, we can equalize access to quality support.
What You'll Do:
Support the human resources function and perform various human resources tasks including but not limited to; employee relations management, FMLA tracking, insurance enrollments, training and development, and basic human resources inquiries; Partner with department leaders and provide support to teams across the organization;
- Employee relations: Assist with employee relations issues as needed; Provide support and guidance to managers on complex employee situations, escalating issues as necessary;
- FMLA Tracking: Track and process all FMLA inquires to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations; Follow-up on leave requests as needed;
- Basic inquires: Respond to basic human resources questions and provide clarification to any HR processes or policies;
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization stays up to date on employment regulatory compliance including local and federal employment laws;
- Employee Wellness: Take responsibility for our employee wellness program and come up with new and innovative ways to get our employees involved;
- Recruitment: Assist with recruitment of talent and guide hiring managers through the process;
- Benefits administration: Be a resource for employee benefits questions and inquires; Make employees aware of all benefit offerings
Who You Are:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills, and attention to detail;
- Must be able to provide servant leadership to all employees;
- Must be able to maintain the utmost confidentiality in all things;
- Must have accessibility to stable internet and technology;
Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field, required
- 5 years of experience within the field of human resources, required;
The on target earnings for this role are $65,000 - $75,000. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
