Purpose:
As an HR Assistant, you play a crucial role in supporting the well-being and satisfaction of our clients and their employees. Your work directly contributes to the overall success of our organization by supporting company operations and maintaining company retention, as well as helping and coordinating HR tasks offered by Integrated Employer Solutions.
Essential Duties, functions, & Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of NH benefits and terminations.
- Offers COBRA to eligible terminated employees.
- Processing National Medical Support Notices.
- Answer incoming calls for Integrated Companies (Insurance & Payroll).
- Complete employment verifications.
- Assist in auditing and setting up benefit plans.
- Verifies the calculation of the monthly premium statements with reconciliation.
- Completing benefit state forms.
- Answer phone calls and assist where needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven experience in HR administration, with a focus on benefits coordination.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem resolution skills.
- Skills and ability in organization, time management, and task prioritization
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- A background in human resources and/or benefits management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
