Title: Human Resource Assistant

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week), weekday business hours, flexible with schedule
Location: 1004 Pawlak Parkway, New Lenox, IL 60451-9401
Position Description:
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing human resources support for the facility, which includes assisting in recruiting for vacant positions, conducting general employee orientations, maintaining all personnel records and files, assist in conducting employee benefits and retirement program enrollment meetings, responding to insurance and unemployment compensation correspondence, employment verifications and assist in organizing all employee activities and in-services. Part Time position or 20 hours per week.

Education/Experience: A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in hospital business office and/or human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office. Bachelor’s degree in business related field plus experience preferred.
Additional Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours as requested.
