International Sports Management, a leader in corporate hospitality, is seeking an energetic and motivated Accounting/HR Assistant. This position is highly visible and will allow you to play a key role in the company. We are looking to fill this position ASAP.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function: entry of vendor invoices, resolving vendor issues, processing invoices for payment, maintaining vendor files, and reviewing accounts payable ledger for accuracy and completeness.
Responsible for collection of customer payments prior to events, customer invoicing, processing customer payments and maintaining accurate customer accounts, interact with sales management regarding status of customer payments.
Responsible for the preparation of new hire paperwork and maintaining employee files, track employee attendance and vacation time, and updating employee census information.
Responsible for special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years experience in an Accounting/HR role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
Successful candidate will be extremely organized and be able to handle multiple tasks/projects and changing priorities, able to interact with all levels of management in an appropriate manner, able to perform assignments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
SALARY: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
