Responsibilities:
- Administrative HR tasks, scheduling appointments for meetings
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings, booking venues, and arranging logistics.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Type and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Serve as a clerk for various administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Utilize computerized systems and software to perform tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role or office environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)..
- Ability to operate phone systems and other office equipment efficiently.
