What You'll Do
Responsible for answering main HR phone line. Provides excellent customer service to staff, applicants, and visitors. Completes daily tasks in accordance with department policies and procedures. Provides clerical support for the department as needed.
Schedule: Full time (40hrs/week)
Knowledge
1.Knowledge of office equipment such as fax, copier, multi-line phone system, and credit card machine
2.Knowledge of office etiquette.
3.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Outlook, Work, and Excel
Requirements
1.Knowledge typically obtained through a high school diploma
Preferred Requirements
1.Business office experience
2.Customer service experience.
