Well-qualified candidates would have a degree in Human Resources or Business Management. This is a hands-on HR role, exposing the HR Assistant to a wide range of real-world situations, but performed under the guidance of an experienced professional staff. Confidentiality is an absolute must.

Key duties include administrative work, entering data into HRIS database, processing weekly payroll, benefits administration, maintaining ATS and employee files, assisting with the employee life cycle, and other duties as assigned. Must be detail oriented, organized, and familiar with MS Office, Excel, and Word.
The position starts at $20 per hour. Once established in the position, hybrid work opportunities may be available.
