Position summary
The Talent Coordinator will support the Talent Management team members in day-to-day agency management. They will be an integral part of our team, as they will assist in managing HR/ Recruiting activities, building relationships internally and externally, often providing candidates with their first impression. They will be an organizational master, work effectively with internal teams and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talent. Education
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.
Responsibilities
Payroll - hires, terms, promotions, changes, freelance, etc.
Onboarding - paperwork, welcome email, orientation
Recruiting assistant - scheduling interviews, managing the candidate when at the agency or virtually. Some sourcing if needed. Update job postings.
New Hire Intro emails
Hot Squad/Leavers
Brand Approver - IMAC
Reporting as needed.
Maintain the files, audits, I-9s
Maintain the HRIS systems, ATS systems, timeout, sexual harassment, Horizons, etc.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal relation skills
- Must have a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to handle a large volume of tasks simultaneously
- Able to work under pressure
- Sound computer knowledge, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Must be comfortable with learning new HRIS programs.
- Able to work extended hours when necessary
- Additional projects as needed.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree required (HR, Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications preferred.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous internship experience highly desired
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
