HR Admin Clerk

Job Description
· Manage/Organize Employees’ files
· Updates Employees’ Benefits
· Assist with Timely Onboarding to New Employees from HR
· Assist and Involvement with Company Training Outlines
· Oversee/Report all HR related reports such as department errors logs, employee performance and HR documents
· Review and follow up with Reprimand File
· Assist with handling with Employee Workers’ Compensation & Liability Reports
Requirement
· Minimum of 2 years experience as HR Clerk
· General Knowledge with Federal, State and County Labor Laws
· Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
· High attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Strong organizational skills to manage workflow and priorities
· Flexible to work in and ever-changing environment
