Job duties include:
Housing Consultation – service to develop a person-centered plan for people without MA case management services.
Housing Sustaining – service that supports a person to maintain housing.
Housing Transition – service that supports a person to find housing.
· Assist clients in locating suitable housing in the community.
· Assist client in locating community resources.
· Perform outreach to the community and other appropriate agencies regarding housing.
· Meet regularly with clients to discuss progress, problems, and plans.
· Take clients for tours to potential sites.
· Assist clients in completing housing applications.
· Assist clients in accessing community resources that relate to housing, food, evictions, expungements, etc.
· Complete CAF to apply for Emergency Assistance, cash, food support, 1st month’s rent deposit, utility bills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate degree in human services or related field.
2 years experience in human services or related field.
1 year of managerial experience.
Can navigate technology well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
