```Duties:```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary
- Supervise and train hotel staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Manage the budgeting process and control expenses
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with international guests
- Experience in guest relations, ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Proven ability to supervise and manage staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Familiarity with revenue management techniques to optimize room rates and occupancy levels
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management principles
- Knowledge of phone systems used in hotels for efficient communication
