We are seeking an experienced, General Manager our brand Hampton Inn by Hilton. The General Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the hotel. If you have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in hotel management, we would love to hear from you.
```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including sales, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and resolve any guest issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Manage and train staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and control expenses within budget guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and special services
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy rates, revenue, expenses, and other financial data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the hotel's reputation

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in multiple languages
- Proficient in night audit procedures and hotel management software
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
- Extensive knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Experience supervising staff members in a hotel or similar environment
- Familiarity with phone systems used in hotels for guest services
