About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager for the 150 room AC Hotel by Marriott Bentonville, located on the gorgeous new Walmart Home Office campus. This hotel will be on the Razorback Greenway with convenient access to all of the incredible attractions that Bentonville has to offer.

The General Manager will be responsible for assisting with tasks related to this in-construction project, currently slated for opening in Q4 of this year, including working with contractors and vendors, hiring teams, and all else that goes into creating an exceptional hotel. Following a successful launch, the GM will be responsible for overseeing the regular operations and adhering to Coury Hospitality's exceptional level of service.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of five (5) plus years of experience as Director of Operations/Hotel Manager of a large four-star or four-diamond multi-outlet property.
• Has managed/overseen both Food & Beverage & Rooms Division.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in the hotel industry demonstrating outstanding profit and guest service-related goals.

• Excellent planning, organization, and guest service skills.
• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic sales/marketing acumen.
