```Duties```
- Manage the Front Desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms
- Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and balance cash drawer
- Train and supervise Front Desk staff
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in night audit or hospitality management preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective guest relations
