Front Desk Hotel Supervisor

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional service. Duties:
- Manage the daily operations of the Front Desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservations
- Train and supervise Front Desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and report any issues to General Manager

- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain an organized Front Desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
- Oversee guest relations activities to enhance the overall guest experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Familiarity with hotel phone systems and reservation software
- Knowledge of Front Desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and night audit processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
