SalaryFront Desk Receptionist
Flexible Schedule, usually 3pm-11pm 5 days a week, including Weekends. Some overnight shifts may be required based on schedule/business needs.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide information to guests and answer inquiries about the company or services
- Assist with check-in and check-out process for guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns and escalate as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
