Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate information
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Hotel past Front Desk experience preferred
Experience:
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially bilingual in English and another language
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling phone calls in a professional manner
