Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, answering inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and Front Desk procedures is desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
