Front Desk Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival - Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Conduct night audit duties as assigned - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area Skills: - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in guest information and reservations - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management principles - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy - Strong problem-solving skills to address guest issues promptly Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required - High school diploma or equivalent is required We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our employees.
