Front Desk Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. **OPERA PMS and/or hotel experience preferred**

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage
