```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in hotel management or Front Desk operations is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Multilingual abilities are a plus (Bilingual in English and another language)
- Familiarity with hotel software systems is an asset
