Front Desk Agent

```Job Overview:
The Guest Service Representative is responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account. Guest Service Representative will assist our guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all Front Desk-related functions. To maintain the property’s high standard, additional problem solving tasks may arise for a quality service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

-Check In/Out Guests

-Communicate Respectfully with Guests

-Maintain Brand Standards when interacting with Guests

-Curtesy Call Guests

-Take Front Desk Phone Calls

-Inform Guests with Hotel Policies in a Kind Manner

-Communicate with Staff and Management

-Maintain Calm and Collected During Stressful Situations

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• LaGrange, GA 30241 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• LaGrange, GA 30241: Relocate before starting work (Required)
