About the position:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes. A Licensed Vocational Nurse shall perform duties consistent with the Vocational Nursing Practice Act. A Licensed Vocational Nurse shall meet qualifications established by the Home Health agency for the services provided and any additional qualifications required by Home Health agency licensure regulations.
Schedule: Part Time - 24 RVEs p/week (benefited). 18 RVEs p/week or Per Diem (12 visits per week)
* Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday
Locations: Area #44 covering the ciites of La Canada, La Crescenta, Burbank, Montrose, Shadow Hills, Glendale, Sunland and Tujunga
*will also have to be open to coveirng a secondary location, most likely Area #40 covering the cities of North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Sun Valley, Toluca Lake, Universal City, Valley Glen, Valley Village and Van Nuys*
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of LVN experience required
- Must possess a CA License with IV/Blood Withdrawal Certification
- Reliable Transportation and auto insurance
- CPR Certification
This is NOT a remote position

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
