Licensed Vocational Nurse (Lvn) 1 Patient Only! $27-30/Hr

Licensed Vocational Nurse needed for private duty 1:1 ratio.

Patients and treatments vary in age and treatment care.

• Paid Training and Orientation/Shadowing is provided along with RN Case Manager Supervision.
• 1:1 care, 8 hours a day, at one location within the comfort of the patient’s home.
• Suctioning, O2 Treatment, Nebulizer, G tube/ Feeding/ Medication, Pt. weight: TBD, Ventilator (if applicable-Circuit changes)

Credentials Requirements:

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN)
• Current Physical
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Job Duties:

• G-tube feeding and Tracheostomy care daily activities:
• Dressing changes
• Tie changes
• Stoma care
• Suctioning 3-5 times per day
• Medication Administration
• Head to Toe Assessment
• Repositioning
• Clinical Documentation
• Nebulizer machine knowledge for breathing treatments (if applicable)
• Seizure precautions (if applicable)
• Foley Catheter (if applicable)
• Colostomy Care (if applicable)

Bonus:

Full-time-$1,000 BONUS
