Job Description:

Crew trainers are responsible for training our crew members

for their day-to-day work serving customers, preparing food, keeping our

restaurants and kitchens clean and tidy and working well as part of a team. As

part of their role, they assess crew members' skills and offer them extra help

with any tasks they may have problems with.

You'll find out that a McDonald's Crew Trainer job can help you grow with top notch training as well as our Archways to Opportunity education programs that offer high school completion courses, upfront college tuition assistance and English Language courses. McDonald's can take you anywhere, and give you the benefits you need for your life while doing so. As a trainer you would be assisting with the new crew members training.

• Previous McDonalds experience is a plus
