Medina Creative Accessibility is looking to add a Scheduler to our Homemaker Personal Care Department in Medina, Ohio! Here at Medina Creative Accessibility, we offer programs, services, and housing for individuals with physical and/or developmental disabilities.
Our goal is to help further the opportunities for individuals along their path to independence. Our in-Home Care is a core service of our organization. The Home Care Scheduler will oversee and manage the staff and client schedules to balance need and availability.
Duties include:
- Maintain open and timely communication with all direct support professionals regarding availability, schedules and scheduling concerns
- Know and follow all emergency procedures
- Fill in working direct care as needed
- Assist with scheduling conflicts as requested
- Ensure all consumer’s schedules are followed as indicated in their ISP
- Keep master schedule up to date
- Monitor overtime and obtain approval for distribution from Director of Operations, Housing and Compliance
- Assist with staff training as requested
- Ensure staff are notified of any scheduling changes
- Assure all documentation is completed for required services
- Attend ISP meetings as requested
- Ensure PTO requests from staff are reviewed and approved
Employee Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Ohio drivers license, less than 6 points
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Strong organizational skills
- Supervision experience is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
