We have an immediate opening for a Staffing Coordinator who can provide scheduling support and caring assistance for our caregivers and our community’s most vulnerable.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Field new patient/client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner for CICOA
• Coordinate Home Health aides’ schedules on a daily basis.
• Monitor, mediate, and log both patient/client and Home Health aides in the system
• Follow up on Home Health assignments and patient/client services
• Ensure optimal utilization of CICOA, WAIVER, VA, and Prior Authorization hours
• Participate in on-call rotation -serving as support for Home Health aides and residents
