Hi-Lo Driver - 2nd Shift

Nesco Resource has partnered with a well-established and innovative technology company located in Auburn Hills, MI.
We are currently seeking associates for the 2nd Shift. The hours are 1:50 pm- 10:20 pm. This position pays $18.00/hr, and operates Monday through Friday, with overtime on Saturdays and some Sundays.
This company is seeking dedicated workers who desire a long-term career position.
The Hi-lo driver will keep production supplied by retrieving materials and supplies and operating a forklift.
Duties:

1. Plans supply and material requirements by studying production schedule; scheduling deliveries to the production area.
2. Retrieves supplies and materials by studying specifications; locating and verifying supplies and materials; secures pallet on truck; moves pallet to production location.
3. Maintains inventory in the production area by anticipating and tracking usage.
4. Monitors inventory by reporting discrepancies.
5. Clears production area by securing and moving finished pallets; moving empty pallets.
6. Documents actions by logging movement of supplies, materials, and finished goods.
7. Maintains safe work environment by watching out for foot traffic; following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
8. Keeps forklift operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
9. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
10. Accomplishes warehousing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
