Don't miss out – apply today! Job Description:As a 2nd Shift Hi-Lo Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations by efficiently and safely moving materials and products throughout our facility. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Operating a Hi-Lo (forklift) to transport materials to and from designated areas within the manufacturing plant.
2. Loading and unloading materials onto trucks, pallets, or storage racks using the Hi-Lo, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
3. Performing routine maintenance checks on the Hi-Lo to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
4. Collaborating with other team members and supervisors to coordinate material movement and ensure timely delivery to production lines.
5. Following established procedures and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
6. Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as counting and organizing materials in the warehouse or production area.
7. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, disposing of debris, and keeping storage areas tidy.
8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times, including those related to quality control, workplace safety, and attendance.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience operating a Hi-Lo or forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required.
2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
3. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. Basic math skills for inventory counting and record-keeping.
6. Flexibility to work 2nd Shift hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
