Contingent Assets is seeking a CFO With SaaS, Tech Finance, Investment Banking You will help develop and execute the company's strategy and direction. Experience in working and understand the unique business of running a technology company is preferred. This role is ideal for someone who has worked both in tech and Investment Banking.
Responsibilities:
- Set the company's strategy and direction
- Create and build the company's culture
- Oversee and drive team to achieve mutually agreed goals
- Discuss company financials and roadmap with potential investors
- Oversee multiple companies under one parent company
- Provide solutions to leadership team and options for growing existing business lines
- Target, develop and sale services to new markets/customers
Qualifications:
- Oversee all accounting functions
- Banking relationship, Investor relationships, Board presentations
- FP&A, Modeling, & Research
- Experience in running operations
- Previous experience in executive management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong integrity and accountability
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA Preferred
