Established MSP is looking for a help desk technician. Technician will be required to work at our office, and would occasionally be required to go onsite to client's location.

Qualifications
· Have worked in desktop and server capacity
· Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11
· Experience with MS Outlook /Office 365
· Experience with Active Directory
· Experience with group policy
· Experience with hardware and software repairs
· Experience with executive support (white glove treatment)
· A+ certification a plus
Valid drivers license and dependable transportation is required
Pay will be dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
