Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience
- Working service desk with remote and desk-side troubleshooting via phone and ticketing system.
- Windows 10 (Windows 11 HUGE plus, soon updating to 11)
- Office 365
- Troubleshooting hardware/software
- Active Directory familiarity
- Great Customer Service
