Job Description:
- Assignment will primarily be Tier 1 field Help Desk Support and imaging ruggedized field computers (MDTs) for large project rollouts and issuing new computers to satisfy end user requests for new machines, including swapping devices and user data.
- Help desk activity is assisting end users via phone and remote assistance and maintaining and reconciling computer inventory will be required.
- Various duties as assigned. May be required to provide onsite assistance throughout *** service territory and work after hours and weekends as required.
Qualification:
- 5 years experience in computer systems and hardware support, including Help Desk Support, issue resolution and hardware/software installation troubleshooting, and computer imaging. Competency in Active Directory desired. Thorough knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365/2016, Teams, including advance knowledge of Excel/Access.
- Candidate should be skilled in using remote assistance tools and use of Remote Desktop, wireless technologies, WLAN, WWAN, APN, GPS, GIS and related technologies.
- Must possess the ability to provide Help Desk Support in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of the following technologies a plus: NetMotion VPN, DameWare, MSRA, Click, ABB Service Suite, EPOCH, Itron FDM Tools, Bluestacks.
