Job Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Help Desk Associate for a 6 month contract position with a mortgage loan corporation located in McLean, VA. This position is 100% onsite.
Summary:

• Seeking a Help Desk Associate
• Must be on site 5 days per week

Qualifications:

• Help desk experience
• Working knowledge of:
  • Hardware and software installation options
  • Incident management and service ticketing system
• bility to troubleshoot hardware and software issues both remotely and onsite
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and least one year of hands-on, professional experience with ServiceNow or another ticketing system OR no degree and at least 3 years of hands on, professional experience
• ble to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp)
