Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our Swim & Tennis Club. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests. You will assist with check-ins, court reservations, and answering general inquiries about the club. Additionally, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area and lobby.

Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage court reservations and schedule changes
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of events and tournaments
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Monitor the Front Desk area and ensure cleanliness and organization
• Provide accurate information about the club and its offerings to members and guests
• Follow all safety and security procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• Age 16+

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.93 - $18.00 per hour
