Calphin Swim Academy is currently seeking a part-time & full-time, Front Desk Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding, friendly, and professional experiences to our customers. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications with a desire to work in an environment that requires continual engagement with parents and children while accomplishing quality computer work and data entry.

Job Location: Fremont California

Compensation & Status: Part-time & full-time position, Up to $21 hourly DOE.
Starting Date: ASAP.

These are part-time positions up to 30 hrs/wk, or full-time.

We are open weekdays and weekends.

Minimum Qualification:

• Outgoing personality with excellent phone and communication skills

• High School Graduate

• Able to deliver best quality customer service in a high traffic office environment

• Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Type a minimum of 45 wpm

• Well organized, quick learner, and able to multi-task

• Able to complete assignments unsupervised and in a timely manner

• Open to work weekend and evening shifts, if needed
• Can speak Mandarin (Plus)

Responsibilities and Duties: (Include but not limited to)

• To deliver excellent customer service and relationship while presenting a welcoming professional image

• To completely register/enroll customers into the proper program, consulting to the best of ability

• To answer all incoming phone calls (using multi-line phone), treating each phone call as a valued customer

• To maintain minimal upkeep of facility (i.e. lobby, conference room, bathrooms)

• To support other staff/managers in delivering the best quality service (administrative assistant work)

• To sell all products including the enrollment of any and all aquatic programs

• To organize and maintain all registration paperwork for all programs

• To do data entry, documentation and point of sales

Job Types: Full-time/Part-time

Salary: $17.00 to $22.00 /hour

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
