We are losing our Head Front Desk/Receptionist to nursing school this spring. We are looking for another ROCKSTAR to take over her role. Much of the duties of this job will be taught over the first 3-6 months in the office by our staff. Applicants much be strong communicator, tech savy, reliable, honest and looking to join a team that strives for nothing but five star reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome Practice Members in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Give office tours, Perform Day one Patient appointments, Take Xrays (training provided by Staff)
- Answer phone calls and respond to Patient inquiries
- Schedule patient appointments
- Provide information about our services
- Handle Patient issues/complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Check Insurance Benifits and relay coverage to patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Skills:
- Strong communication skills required
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on Patient satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of computers (office, Canva, Facebook etc)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling Practice information
- Ability to handle difficult situations with a cool head and professionalism
