Hopewell In-Home Senior Care- Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual that is a team player that learns quickly and can multitask to join our team as a Scheduler. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating appointments and managing the schedule for our elderly clients.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule client shifts, appointments and ensure the client has coverage when needed.
- Coordinate with the scheduling supervisor to ensure proper scheduling of procedures and consultations.
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments/shifts and provide necessary information when needed.
- Maintain accurate details in the scheduling software and document daily as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, and answering phone calls.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Skills:
- Experience in a healthcare setting or similar role
- Familiarity with scheduling software
- Proficient in general administrative tasks and office procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required

-Level 2 Background Screening
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment

-Flexibility in days and times including on call, holidays, and weekends.

-90-day probationary period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
