Great direct hire opportunity for an IT systems integrator with data analytics experience within the health care industry! Must be local to the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area and not require sponsorship at any time. Hybrid role (mix of onsite and remote).Will travel around to DFW sites approximately 30% of the time and work the rest remotely (mileage/travel costs covered). Must have reliable transportation.
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integration of various IT systems that drive our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and capabilities in managing end-to-end IT structures, coordinating multiple technologies/platforms, and ensuring seamless data integration across all applications and storage (will provide L3 support). The position requires an understanding of data integration, especially in relation to MS Azure and PowerBI solutions, as well as expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), cloud-based applications, and decentralized physical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End IT Management:
- Manage and maintain the entire IT structure, including hardware, software, and services.
- Oversee dependencies on ITSM, cloud-based applications, and decentralized physical infrastructure.
Technology Coordination:
- Coordinate various technologies and platforms, including electronic health record systems, CRM, ERP, D&A, and supporting technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration and interoperability among different applications and platforms.
Data Integration and Analysis:
- Possess a deep understanding of data integration and dependencies across all applications and storage.
- Special focus on integration solutions related to MS Azure and PowerBI.
Security and Privacy Programs:
- Establish and maintain robust security and privacy programs to address regulatory, compliance, and risk concerns specific to the healthcare industry.
Effective Communication:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders within the organization, external vendors, and partners.
- Maintain a customer-first mentality when dealing with employees and patients.
Application Familiarity:
- Proficiency in using and managing the following applications: Net Health (Wound Expert), NextGen/HealthFusion, Microsoft Azure, PowerBI, Office 365, Application Suite, Digital Marketing tools, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Hubspot (CRM), Quickbooks, and NetSuite.
Initiative and Ambition:

Qualifications:
- Local to DFW.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-10 years of IT experience, preferably doing IT operations as an IT analyst working on IT systems.
- IT support experience with solid customer service mindset.
- Strong health care industry experience with an understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in managing complex IT systems, data integration and analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in the specified applications and platforms, including solid experience working with PowerBI and Azure (or a similar cloud system).
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across the organization and with external partners.
- Relevant certifications in IT systems integration and related technologies are a plus.
