Overview
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Process reservations and manage room assignments.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with billing and payment processes.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly/approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems, computer systems, and other office equipment
- Proficient in typing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
