A well-established commercial property management company is looking for a Tenant Coordinator to join their tight knit team! The Tenant Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks, including lease administration, ordering office supplies, basic bookkeeping, and event support! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a multi-tasking environment.
This is a temp-to-hire role with a balanced Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM schedule, and excellent benefits upon conversion in addition to a breakroom stocked with snacks and regular catered lunches! You're a good fit for this role if you are an outgoing self-starter who does not shy away from taking on new tasks and working independently.
Tenant Coordinator Job Duties:
- Assist in the management/administrative needs of the building management office
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Lease administration and contract management
- Managing tenant communications, creating and following up on facilities tickets
- Basic bookkeeping, reporting, and filing?
- 3-5 years office/facilities management or similar experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable self-starting, working independently
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- $26-$28/hour
- Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Flexible for 7:00AM-4:00PM as well
