Guest Service Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Process reservations and manage room assignments
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist guests
- Operate phone systems, including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages
- Assist with night audit duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is desirable
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and ability to handle phone inquiries professionally
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.40 - $20.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
