SalaryPatient Care/Guest Coordinator (full-time/Part-time): Seeking a team member to join one of "Hawaii's Best" Physical Therapy clinics. Mililani Physical Therapy is locally owned & operated, dedicated to providing the highest possible physical therapy services to ALL ages. Our clinic has been awarded one of "Hawaii's Best" by the Star Advertiser five years in-a-row from 2017 to 2023. We are the largest Physical Therapy clinic in Central Oahu and has been providing quality physical therapy services to the Mililani community and neighboring areas in Central Oahu since 2002. Mililani PT is a clean, well-managed and organized outpatient PT clinic with a professional and positive environment with friendly staff.
Looking for an individual who is hard-working, a team player, has great communication skills, reliable, attentive to details, efficient, organized, friendly, good customer service skills and has a positive attitude. Must have computer and clerical skills. Looking for a health conscious and non-smoking professional individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinic. Must be available to work on Saturdays.
1-2 years medical front desk experience or medical educational certificate recommended. Job duties include but not limited to the following: greeting patients, phones, scheduling appointments, staffing, insurance authorization, patient registration, referral intaking, handling cash/credit transactions, and customary clerical front desk duties.
