Job Title: Graphic Designer

Main Function of Position:
Creates visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers by developing layout and production design for the marketing of company products.
Primary Duties:
1. Works with Marketing Director to maintain company website.
2. Assists during boat shows to prepare price signs and distribute accordingly.
3. Assists with preparing showroom or show booths with appropriate decorations to ensure products are attractively displayed.
4. Develops concept and design for marketing campaigns (mobile, website display ads, flyers, email blasts, social media posts, promotional videos, banners, and in‐store signage) working closely with the Marketing Director.
5. Take photos as needed to support sales team, manage photography equipment and digital photo library of products/art files.
6. Record, edit, publish boat videos for the company YouTube channel and other social media channels.
7. Effectively communicate with outside print vendors, relaying specifications, and requests for pricing, as well as submit press‐ready files for digital and offset print jobs.
8. Edit images for website thumbnails for deadlines and slideshows.
9. Create and maintain all price signs for showroom and boat shows.
10. Assist admin team during season.
11. Attend weekly department meetngs for deadlines and projects.
Work requirements:
1. Portfolio demonstrating strong Design and Brand Mastery of previous work.
2. Efficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Acrobat Pro, Mac, and Microsoft Office Suite
3. Good communication skills.
4. Good grammar skills for written requirements.
5. Reach soft and hard deadlines.
6. Multitask between projects.
7. Knowledge of running video camera.
8. Ability to work in the United States for any employer (required).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
