Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

• Design both traditional print and digital marketing collateral, along with other internal creative resources for the Foundation Supportworks and Hello Garage brands.
• Work collaboratively with the team while staying hands-on in the creative process for several different projects, mediums or brands at a time.
• Lead the design development of our quarterly magazine publication and newsletter.
• Collaborate and communicate directly with the entire Creative & Marketing team and other cross-functional departments on design projects.
• Provide design insight to help shape projects by being a creative resource for the company on marketing and design best practices while applying strategic thinking that provides the best service for the end user.
• Manage project requests, execute design projects, and deliver both on brand and on time.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of demonstrated professional growth as a Graphic Designer.
• A combination of education (college, associate degree or certificate in graphic design is preferred) and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
• High proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agility in time management and self-scheduling priorities while working with a Project Manager.
• Flexible mindset when soliciting feedback and/or receiving art direction.
• Experience working and communicating with both clients and internal teams is a plus!
• A digital portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity and execution is required.
• A valid driver's license.
