The Graphic Designer is responsible for crafting Lane Automotive, and family of brands print and digital design presence. This role works cross functionally across the organization to create and publish design solutions for the company's needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Brainstorm and implement ongoing media campaigns across all channels
- Design, develop, and complete catalogs, promotional materials, newsletters, flyers, website graphics, email layouts, social media graphics, and other published materials
- Create projects with tasks, assignees, deadlines, and workflows for the marketing team
- Develop quotes, schedules, and costs of all jobs assigned
- Develop and oversee themed promotional campaigns to promote company events and products across multiple medial channels including print, website, and social media
- Attend company events, trade shows, and motorsports events, serve as a representative of the company and develop written content about those events and activities for use in various company channels
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred in Graphic Design or related field
- Education or Training in Drawing, Illustration, Typography, Design, Journalism, Macintosh Layout and Design Training
- 2-3 years of experience in position related to publication design (4-color process), experience or understanding of photography, pre-press imaging, printing and proofreading
- Basic proficiency with page layout programs (Adobe InDesign), preferred
- Experience with Adobe Create Suite
- Understanding of electronic publishing hardware and software
