This is a hybrid position. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites up to four days per week and work remotely the remaining day(s). A member of our Talent Acquisition team will provide more details.
Job Summary:
This role will focus on supporting 10+ GRC applications across two platforms (Archer and OpenPages) and their respective business owners in enhancing these systems to ensure they continue to effectively support governance, risk and compliance activities.
The role is a key member of the GRC program working with technology and business owners to support process and system improvements. Responsibilities include engaging with all key stakeholders to facilitate the requirement gathering and refining as well as shepherding the development and implementation process. The role will be Hybrid workstyle.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and coordinate with key stakeholders to obtain requirements for development by technology partners.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to execute UAT and post-production validation on monthly code deployments.
  • Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by relevant teams for accurate and effective deliverables.
  • Support the Product Owner and Scrum Master to keep the squad focused on sprint and feature level deliverables.
  • Participate in daily scrums and additional meetings/ceremonies to continuously support ongoing communication, improvements and efficiencies within the squad.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, features, and epics to ensure work aligns with GRC strategy.
  • Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
  • Support the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology/banking related projects
  • Experience in working in an agile environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of JIRA
  • Experience in the Archer platform and
  • Experience in the OpenPages platform
  • Experience and knowledge of project management to support routine operational tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel. Specific to Excel, includes understanding of using formulas and pivot tables to prepare data for policy change process and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize assignments to meet critical deadlines
  • Ability to work with a minimal level of guidance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment virtually
  • Successful in partnering with internal and external groups

The typical base pay range for this role is between $125K - $160K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
