Global Supply Manager, Finished Vehicle Logistics & New Market Entry

The Logistics Procurement Team is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Global Supply Manager/ Analyst to support sourcing of logistics services related to the verticals of Automotive Finished Vehicle / New Market Entries. The logistics services will include securing airtight commercial contracts in the realm of warehousing and transportation of different Tesla products like cars, spare parts, energy products. The role will be a part of the Global Logistics Procurement team. The candidate will be a member of the Supply Chain vertical supporting the development, implementation, and management of commercial/business strategies to provide Tesla with optimal supply assurance, pricing flexibility, reliable service and quality of performance. The candidate should be able to build and leverage strong working relationships with different stakeholders like Finance, Demand Planning, Operations and Trade teams. The candidate should also drive towards maintaining good supplier relationships and total costs of ownership to achieve maximum advantage for Tesla and our customers, while maintaining optimal service levels. Tesla is a very fast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success and hence the candidate should be a self-starter who is motivated and experienced in the field of logistics and strategic sourcing.
