Eastridge Workforce Solutions is looking for a Global Supply Manager for an American electric vehicle company with a mission to inspire the adoption of sustainable energy by creating the most captivating luxury electric vehicles. What you'll do:
• Create Purchase requisitions and track them to completion.
• Assist purchasing and Retail operations’ teams with PO changes and updates. Ensure teams are properly submitting purchase requests.
• Invoice reconciliation. Work with Vendors and AP for outstanding invoices. Improve processes.
• Complete NDAs and conduct RFIs
• Create RFQs, review, analyze, and clarify vendor quotations, and develop sound sourcing and business recommendations that balance cost, quality, lead-time, and technical considerations.
• Negotiate pricing, and contract terms, and manage cost changes throughout the product's lifecycle. Maintain overall contractor relationships and act as a single point of contact for all commercial issues.
• Create and manage the facilities contracts.
• Responsible for the selection of vendors and onboarding.
• Work with internal business partners; Finance, Legal, Accounts Payables, Warehouse managers, and other cross-functional teams on projects.
• Own key supplier relationships and performance, both strategic and tactical, through the entire life cycle of company projects.
• Process service repair and maintenance requests/WOs in the facilities’ management services platform.
Your Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain, Finance or related technical field, Relevant work experience in procurement, or supply chain discipline may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have Indirect Procurement experience, Retail Procurement experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic business experience.
• Excellent critical thinking, combined with quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Experience conducting bid processes (RFI, RFP, and informal bids), negotiating with vendors, writing contracts, and implementing contracts/ agreements.
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and keep a high level of focus.
• Ability to adapt to constantly evolving circumstances and changing organizational requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Smartsheets, ERP Systems (SAP), Coupa, and Service Channel.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and follow-through
